We have started this service to help people who are having a few problems
organizing their trip, or don't really know where to start. Our experienced
travel professionals will be able to help you find the travel schedule to suit
your needs.

We start off by getting a general idea of what you are after, and then work with
you to refine the details.
We are also honest with you about what you should book with us, and what you
should book elsewhere (i.e. You need to get the Japan Rail pass before you come
to Japan).
And the best thing is that you don't pay a yen until you are happy with the
itinerary. For tour packages, you generally pay a 20% deposit, and then the
balance 1 month before arrival, but if we are booking discount airline tickets
etc, there may be different payment and cancellation criteria, which we will
inform you of before any payment is made.
